In the early part of May I tried to download and install Netprotect. It failed to download, ( it could not detect my settings for no reason I know of. I have no problem with any other downloads) So I gave up, and have no intention of using it now. Checking my online credit card statement I saw Bt Billing had debited my card for £1.75. On the 21st May I sent an e-mail telling them I haven`t got it, and don`t want it. I then received an advance notice of payment including the Netprotect charge. I replied, telling them again I have not got Netprotect. They have now billed me for £3.50 for netprotect which I have not got. In total there has been 17 e-mails on this subject, the latest on 21 June and still no attempt by BT Billing to sort the problem. The latest advert by Bt proclaims: " Bt Broadband powers the imagination" Pity they can`t power some reality common-sense. Why don`t they use NETHELP to check whether or not I have Netprotect. Can you blame me for checking out other ISPs. Fedupbill
