NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!! Intermediate Technical Support Specialist

  1. The AIM Group is currently recruiting for a Intermediate Technical Support
    Specialist for one of
    our Government clients.

    The Technical Support Specialist will help to resolve more complex problems
    faced by the Technology Operations Group.

    Requirements:

    - Security Clearance at a Reliability Level
    - Bilingual
    - Extensive knowledge in the field of Technical Support (2 projects)
    - 2 yr computer science, IT, Information Management program or combo of
    education and experience and minimum 48 months cumulative work experience
    - Experience in administration of NDS for NetWare 5.1
    - Experience with Web browsers with greater than 500 users in a GoC or
    corporate environment
    - Windows 2000 platform
    - Experience troubleshooting PC and Server hardware and software
    - Experience using Infoman
    - Experience troubleshooting WAN and LAN environment
    - Experience with MS Office 2000, Lotus Suite, WordPerfect Office 10,
    Outlook 2000
