Need to prevent wireless config tampering

I've got about 60 laptops with internal wireless, 10 access points in
10 different locations (several miles apart) all access points are
configured exactly the same (same ssid, wep, channel) so that only 1
wireless profile is necessary on the laptops (the laptops roam
    throughout the different locations)

I would like to prevent the users from changing the order of preferred
networks and/or block them from making any changes to the wireless
configuration in any way. I would prefer that the only network that
they could connect to is my network.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

    Thanks
    Dale

How about just telling the laptop users they can only connect to the network
in question? If they disobey, they can look for a new job.
