msimn.exe-application error

    hi can anyone tell me what

    msimn.exe-application error
    the instruction at "0x77f83aed" referenced memory at "0x009a47b0".

    the memory could not be "written" click ok to terminate the program

    this seems to happen on exit of outlook express .
    or when you exit online connection.
