Make smtp server on localhost

    Hi I am new to this forum and I have requirement like this.I have a product and want to advertise it to some 100000 emails IDs

    Since we are newly launched I cant afford to buy some third party services like mailchimp.So I want to make my own SMTP server and send mails.

    Inregard to this what are the rules I have to consider and what software I need to make own SMTP server to set it over WAN
