lost of tools bar and all menu in word (office 2000)

    Please help, I can open a document but do nothing else .....

    Here is the solution

    Open the registry (Start->Run-> write Regedit and hit enter)
    Find the following key

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Word\Data

    Delete Toolbars key in this subkey. And restart Word.
