While on Holiday Slingshot founder Annette Presley has been backstabbed by
    the board of Slingshot.

The media were contated about it before Annette Presley was, and it was the
media that informed Annette Presley about it.

Martin Wylie might as well make the most of it, he might not be calling the
shots at Slingshot for very long.

Can't blame her when she was the last to hear about it. Real gutless
letting her find out from the media that she'd being given the push while on
    holiday.
I've got a feeling that Martin Wylie once worked for ihug.

He doesn't have the Pizzazz of Annette, and looks like a boring business
man. Love her or hate her, she did put Slingshot on the map.

Damn right. She's got a huge ego, but she's pushed the Slingshot products
    very well.
Martin Wylie looked and sounded a bit worried on TV tonight on the late
News. He may well have very good reason to be worried.
If Presley can tell people to go and get screwed on nationwide television
God knows what she's going to do about Martin Wylie.

    I think you are right.

He is also an ex-Telecom employee (previously Co-Sec or something like
that). He also took over the helm of a health insurer and did a LOT of
damage over a 24 month period - (one executive of that company's largest
client described him as an arrogant halfwit with zero personality). This was
    shortly before they changed insurer.

He is definately not entrepreneurial material and far removed from Annette
    Presley.

Quote of the day has to go to Annette when asked:-

TV3 "What are you going to do when you return to NZ Annette"?
    Annette "Fire someone"!

This is definately one worth watching as it unfolds.

She owns a big chunk of the company. You go girl. You never know this could
just be a big marketing ploy to give slingshot more exposure.

Yes, the buggers on the board at Slingshot owe a lot to A. Presley for the
    success of Slingshot.

To her credit she doesn't appear to be one who beats around the bush.

Martin Wylie was head of Telecom's Legal Department. Malcolm Dick also
had shares in iHug around the time Wylie was briefly CEO.
