Those devices correspond to the GamePort (Joystick) and MIDI Port.
They are not supported any longer as of XP x64.
I usually disable them in BIOS setup to get rid of the exclamation marks.
Please note that I am referring to the old gameport included long time ago
in many soundcards and some motherboards.
It has nothing to do with USB joysticks which, of course, are supported.

Go into the Windows device Manager (from the Control panel) and locate
each device entry. Then look at the Details tab. You will see lines like:

This indicates, for example that the Vendor ID (VID) is 1102 and the
    Device ID (DID) is 7003.

Then go to the PCI card database site at:

and look up the Vendor and Device.

For example, the device above shows up as unknown on my system (which
has an ASUS A8N32-SLI motherboard) and it is:

Vendor ID 1102 ---> Creative Labs
Device ID 7003 ---> Creative Labs SB Audigy MIDI/Game port

which unfortunately is not presently supported by the current Creative
    Labs Vista driver.
