    Greetings,

As part of a quick test I often do, I send an email to a for-sure non
existant email address and examine the results. I've noticed that when the
email system is the iPlanet Messaging Server (5.2), an internal IP address
is returned. I'm assuming it's either a DNS server or the address of the
mail server, but in either case, that's not a good thing to be doing.

I haven't been able to dig up anything on this issue, so am I missing
something? is there some subterfuge happening? or is there an application
    problem? or a mis-configuration?

    Thanks.
