Latest "upgrade from MS" spam does not trigger NAV

    My definitions were last upgraded on Thursday and Live Update sez I
    don't need new defs. My ISP also has a version of NAV on its server
    which inserted the X-ELNK-AV: 0 header.

    According to APNIC, 202.248.37.212 is Niftyserve in Japan.

    unless you have an arrangement with Microsoft to send you updates, they DO
    NOT send them out, so treat any such msgs with extreme caution
