Keyboard @ sign problem.

    Hi guys,
    My friend is having problems with his keyboard, the @ sign will not type,
    all he is getting is '.

    Anyone got any advice on how to cure this??

    Depends on the system, but generally Control Panel - Regional & Language
    Settings ..

    Try telling him to use the shift key.....

    If that confuses him, they're the ones with the arrow pointing upwards on
    them (& there's 2 of them, so they're not to hard to find)....

    Change the keyboard and language to "British English" in control panel
    then visit
    http://www.blueyonder.co.uk/blueyonder/getContent.jspx?page=h_email_mailbox

    and set up some e-mail addresses
    Your username is not secure if you use it on usenet
    also see "blueyonder.support.mail" on your newserver

    Soup just had to say
    Is this a 'wind-up' the @ symbol is on the same key as ' ,
    if this isn't a 'wind-up' use the "shift" key at the same time
    as the @ ' key i.e. shift+ ' ?

    Easy fix Press Shift + Ctrl at the same time, MAYBE TWICE.
