kernel32.dll &msvcrt.dll

    does anyone know why every time I go into the control panel on win98se
    and when I exit from it I get these two errors all the time?

    I have reinstalled several times yet the same errors keep comming back
    saying that there is an error on two seperate occassions just after exiting

    Is there a possibility of replacing these files and how

    all help appreciated
