Junk Mail Controls

    I probably get about 40 junk mails a day and all come through
    Thunderbird. It only catches about half of them and sends them to the
    Junk folder. I have nothing to base my opinion on but it seems to be a
    slow learner letting through many of the pharmacy emails.

    Under Junk Mail Controls I have checked boxes for White Lists and all
    three boxes under Handling and Logging is turned on. Is there anything
    else I can do or do I just have to be patient?

    You need to train the filter for quite a while depending on how much
    spam you get. Also, spam senders are always creating new ones and
    you'll need to mark them as junk as they come in. More info at:
