I am using Win XP with SP1 installed, along with all other patches.
There are 3 users plus and administrator account.
In one of the user accounts, a web page that ends in ,jsp will not
completely load. I know it is not the site, because if I switch users
and go to the administrator account, the page opens fine.
What setting is wrong? I have searched & searched for an option but
can't find one that is different, and causing the problem.
    HELP !
I have rebooted, changed to lower security levels, and back again, but
    still no go.

I enter http://www,subaru.com which translates to:
    http://www.subaru.com/index.jsp
In the IE status bar at the bottom of the page it says:
(1 item remaining) Opening page http://www.subaru.com/index.jsp...
    and stays there forever.

It may be a blocked ad image, web site, or cookie that's
causing this "1 item remaining". What happens if you
    press the 'Stop' button?
