Alright, I know this probably isn't the place to ask this
kind of question, but I've gotten alot of help from here
so I figured "what the hell?" I know just about
everything I ever wanted to know about Windows, I'm very
good with all sorts of hardware and networks, and I can
learn any piece of software in about an hour. Does
anyone know how I can get an IT job without having to sit
through years of collegic training or certification on
    something I already know?

You might know what _you_ wanted to know, but not what "they" wanted to
While I could easily agree that you're good with software, learning "any"
piece of software in an hour is unrealistic. You definitely wouldn't have
the in-depth knowledge that takes months/years to learn.
Read the newspaper and get lucky?

You might be able to get an entry-level job that doesn't pay much and then
work your way up. You might get some resume-building experience by working
    for a non-profit for free.
