"A Jennifer Lopez bodyguard is under investigation -- for robbery -- after
allegedly grabbing the memory card from the camera of a South Beach
nightclub patron he suspected of taking J.Lo's photo.

    J.Lo is not camera shy.

Seems she was spotted chatting it up with ex-beau Sean ''P. Diddy'' Combs.
Both Lopez, 33, and Combs, 34, have homes in Miami Beach. Lopez is engaged
    to actor Ben Affleck, 31.

Happened at 4:50 a.m. Monday at Opium Garden's Club Privé, 136 Collins Ave.,
when a member of Lopez's ''entourage'' spotted a flash go off. The security
guards walked over to the table where Jacqueline Thomas Bishop celebrated
her 24th birthday with boyfriend Pavel Valkovich, 22.

From the Miami Beach police report: 'The bodyguard asked if they had
photographed Ms. Lopez. They stated `no.' The . . . bodyguard then snatched
[Bishop's] camera from her hands . . . Bodyguard then removed the memory
card from . . . digital camera. He kept the chip and threw the camera
    back.''

Sgt. Alex Carulo interviewed bodyguard Nathan Butts by phone, who
``acknowledged possession of the memory card but refused to return it.''"

Seems odd that I have yet to happen across any good photo of her "prime asset."

I think they call this theft and possibly also assault.

If it were my kit I would have contacted the police immediately and
    pressed charges.

It's actually a strong armed robbery. Naughty little crime. It seems
the locals are not keen on pissing off JLO. I don't see anything
about an arrest warrant being issued.
