Is there a way to get a U.S.A. IP address from Canada?

    I am trying to download a few episodes of "Daybreak" from ABC.com but
    it is for U.S.A. residents only. Is there a way to get around that?
    Is there a way to fool the web site, so I could still download it from
    Canada. I could not find any other place where you can download
    "Daybreak" Thanks a million.

    For those that would like to flame me feel free, if that is what you
    enjoy.
