Is it too early - or is it too late.

    At the beginning of the 1982 Falklands war, a ship containing about 200
    British helicopters were sunk.

    At the end of the war, a British cernal was also killed.

    I recently received a fine of 5.000 from the local Police Department for
    calling my mother on the telephone at the hospital who had one of her
    breasts taken away.

    This was after the operation and by means of an agreement.

    What is the best thing and what is the wost thing, I wonder.
