Infringement notices

    A troll through the Web news media outlets seems to suggest that
    copyright holders are getting stroppy about claimed piracy of movies etc
    (P/P, Bittorrent etc). Is this having any effect here?

    Troll in the usenet sense of course has nothing to do with 1 it is in
    from troll as in fishing.
