If you get an order # does it mean the order is accepted?

    I didn't get a confirmation email after I got the order numbers on the first
    2 upgrades, I just did another upgrade and I got a confirmation email this
    time, if I get an order number does it mean the order has been accepted for
    the upgrade program?

    Yes, but it could possibly be back logged.

    Actually if you received a confirmation number on the website for the first
    two orders, those were accepted as well.

    The Email notification process was not working correct before but seems to
    be now.
