hi a friend wrote me saying he can't use a webbrowser, but he can do emails. he gets this: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. he's still doing virus/etc checks against his computer. he's on winXP pro, plenty of ram, harddrive space, etc. could someone pls make a suggestion or two, please. thanks in advance
i googled, and ironically found out it was the google toolbar causing the problem - he uninstalled it, rebooted, and he has browser access back again. j
