iexplore.exe application error

    This error message keeps popping up: The instruction at"0x0610fd54"
    referencd memory at )x02351ed6.The memory could not be read.Click OK to
    terminate program. What is the problem & how do I fix it? Thanks.

    After reading your post I went to the website makeashorterlink... & when I
    closed out of this site the error appeared with this new header But the same
    text. AcrobatIE HelperIexplore.exe Application error. I am running XP.
