IE 5.0 Problem with second window not opening.

    When I click on a link on a given page the second page does not open. I
    have Gator pop-up blocker set to "allow:", but this still happens. Any
    ideas???

    You have 2 problems. 1. you are using old and outdated IE5 update it to IE6.
    2. Gator is spyware it does not matter whether it is disguised as a pop up
    stopper or not get rid of it.

    Your headers show you are using IE6. Is this issue for another computer?
