HP 1200 printer,copier,scanner software problem?

    Hi,

    I have an almost new computer which has XP home edition and 2003 Norton
    anti-virus.
    Couple days back installed SPYBOT and POP-UP AD BLOCKER, and every thing
    works
    well until I hit "CLICK TO ENLARGE" to increase article size.
    View does not increase in size and is marked with a red circle with a line
    thru it.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
