How to send fax to list?

    Hi,
    I have a list of customers names and fax numbers in an Excel spreadsheet.
    I wish to fax a newsletter created in Word to each of these people, and
    I have installed the fax add-on in Windows XP Pro.
    There is an Address Book at C\Program Files\Outlook Express\web.exe, and
    I can transfer the Excel list to this address book by exporting it from
    Excel as a csv file, then importing it into the address book.
    However, when I 'print to fax' from Word, the address book used by the
    fax wizard seems to be a different one, as it does not display any of
    these entries.
    Question: how do I get the fax wizard to access this address book, or
    alternatively how do I transfer the entries from Excel into the address
    book used by the fax wizard.
    Any help appreciated.
