How to convert a fast ethernet interface in a Cisco Router to behave like a serial interface

    Please provide update on how to convert a fast ethernet interface in a
    Cisco Router to behave like a serial interface; i.e. it will accept
    clock rate, have encapsulation as HDLC/PPP and can be connected to a
    CSU/DSU
