How do I use a Followup-To newgroup header?

I have seen quite a few people on many different newsgroups say in their
posts that a Followup-To: header was set in their post to a different
newsgroup than the one that the original message was posted in. I think that
there is a header change they have done in the background (although I could
be wrong), that makes replies to the message default to a different
newsgroup. I would like to use this feature, but I don't know how to use it.
If you need to know to help I use Outlook Express 6 for my newsreader on
    Win98.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Open a reply message as usual, and *in that message window* click
"View" (on the toolbar) and select "All headers".

Thank you! I'll try it out on one of those test message newsgroups.
