How do I burn a .VOB file?

    I've got a 30 minute video from an admittedly corrupted download. It
    plays pretty well on my computer with WinDVD, but when I try to burn it
    to DVD, Nero won't do it. I finish up with an unplayable disc. Is there
    any solution?

    Have your authored the file to produce the necessary ifo and bup files for
    the standalone dvd player?
    NeroVisionExpress will do it - but not NeroExpress
