Whatever click "View available wireless networks" either in system try
or through right click of Wireless Network Connection under Network
Connection, the "Choose a wireless network" dialogue box does not show
    up, instead, nothing happened.

However, Windows can still automatically connect to a wireless network
when there is a one near by, just can't see the list of available
    networks.

Properties already set to use windows to configure wireles network
settings. already tried to update the driver to the latest and WZC is
    on

    Laptop worked fine before.

    Laptop configuration:
    IBM X32
    Netcard: Intel Pro/Wireless 2200BG
    SP2

  2. Hi
Make sure that the original Wireless manufacturer's utility is not loaded at
startup and running in the background.
Try to switch the WZC service Off and then switch it On again,
