Has anyone upgraded their Plusnet account from 512 to 1 meg

    As the subject line says, I'm thinking of upgrading my account and just
    wanted peoples experiences of what happened, i.e. how long it took, if you
    had to cancel the exisiting account and then had to wait for it to upgrade
    etc...
