GE 16MB Memory Stick - Not Recognized by USB Port

Discussion in 'Computer Support' started by Raymond Donzdorf, Nov 12, 2004.

  1. USB Port Works with other devices. Windows 2000ME should recognize GE 16MB
memory stick without OE driver. It worked at one time. Recently deleted a
bunch of files I thought were not used. What should I check for? The memory
stick in question has valuable information stored on it. Thanks Ray

Windows 2000ME? What the heck is *that*? OE driver? Huh?

Try it in a different computer? Get your files backed up. Then worry about
the system that it isn't working on. Of course, you *should* have it backed
up anyway before you put it on the memory device...
