The FBI has been warning people about this and I have finally received
my first scam spam on this topic. It appears to have the format of a
typical Nigerian 419 - one webmail address near the top and one near
    the bottom.

I believe RLSP Mailer is designed to exploit a security problem in the
mailing module of PHP Nuke. This module has since been withdrawn.
Anyway, it makes it impossible to trace the actual origin of the spam.

If anyone falls for this, they deserve to lose their money.
