Firewall and Norton Firewall

    I just like to enquire should Windows XP firewall be activated while
    running Norton firewall or should the firewall be disabled while Norton
    firewall is running.

    Other question is there a way to get IE or Netscape to work under guest
    account without setting to administrator. IE just crashes and Netscape
    takes a while to load. My HP drivers also reports an error. Is this a
    bug in XP. Thanks.
