Firefox ignoring don't allow right click pages?

    I had a 3rd party "Allow Right Click" extension but it was marked as
    not compatible with the newest Firefox PR1 update and was disabled and
    I uninstalled it.

    But it still seems like Firefox is allowing right clicks on pages
    where IE doesn't.
