    All:
Why do Firefox 3.5 through 4.0 often have this problem with some web sites; ie, why do some letters
    overlap with others?
For example -- http://www.pph.org/PPHContentPage.aspx?nd=633 -- why do the words "Health
    Resources" overlap onto "Contact Us"?

The overlapping can happen if View > Zoom > "Zoom Text Only" is
selected and have zoomed in (say, to 130%) so the text is larger.
Whereas if "Zoom Text Only" is unselected and have zoomed in (say, to
130%) the full page is larger without overlapping. There are also some
extensions such as NoSquint and Default FullZoom Level that can have
zoom levels (text/full page) set automatically.
