I have a notebook computer, with a wireless and wired network cards, the
notebook is joined to my windows domain. The file and print sharing doesn't
work on my wireless network card when I am away from my domain. So, if I am
at one of my domain computers, I can pull files off of my notebook, however
when I try to pull files off my notebook with that is not a member of my
domain, I get this error message.

\\notebook is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the admin of this server to find out if you have
access permissions. There are currently no logon servers available to service
    the logon request.

This only happens on my wireless nic, the wired nic works just fine. I can
pull files off other computers, without any issues.

  2. Hi
You have to explain what you mean by the term domain.
Domain configured Network is a special type of Network that needs a Central
Server running a Server OS (like Windows 2003) and set as a Domain Network.
