fatal exception message

    Receiving this message on a windows 98 computer

    "A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:Co2A3531 in VXDVWIN32 (05) +
    00002059."

    After boot up all icons appear and then the message above then a black
    screen. Not able to get to desktop.

    Not able to find much info on error via google, yahoo etc.

    I checked the database in 98/98se/Outlook Express etc.
    Re-check the exact wording/spacing for error message and
    then type it *exactly*into the MS database search above.
