Explorer opening 1min late for the first time after windows boot, why?

    After my system booted, when i open windows explorer - irrespective of
    any cd's or blank in cd drive ,
    my explorer delay's to open. how can i rectify this problem?

    Start >> Run >> msconfig

    Go to the startup tab, remove all programs that you don't need
    triggered on startup. If you don't have a standard usage pattern on
    your machine, you should ideally keep the number of programs being run
    on startup as low as possible.

    This is just first aid. Tell me if it works.
