When I try and sign on to the BT Yahoo Browser using the Yahoo User Chooser
screen I get the above error and "access denied because username/password is
not recognised on the domain. I also noticed that the two small flashing
screens in the system tray are missing even though there are two solid green
lights on the speedtouch modem that BT supplied with my Broadband Package.
If I go to the Speedtouch folder and click the Speedtouch dial up icon a
connecting box appears. In the user name is my network ID that I also got
with the package and a hidden password. When I click this the Speedtouch
connects and everything is OK. Originally everything worked when I used the
USER Chooser Screen. I think it's a configuration problem and I'm waiting
for BT to ring me back, they said they would two days ago and I'm still
waiting. Anyone got any ideas pleas, I kept my BT Pay By Minute Dial up
connections when I got broadband and these work OK. I've tried using
Internet Explorer and when I enter my username and password I get the same
error message, if I connect the modem manually then it's OK again.
