Email sent to two people using Outlook Express. One gets the attachment, the other doesn't

  1. Howdo,

    The boss is using Outlook Express 6. He has a problem and has tasked
    me with fixing it. HELP!!

    Emails sent from one of our main suppliers often have attachements
    (excel files, word files, etc)

    Everyone else who recieves from this source can see, open and play
    with the attachment.

    But when the boss opens his inbox, all he sees is an email, but no
    attachment.

    He can recieve attachments from elsewhere - its just this one source.

    ANY CLUES????

    Perhaps the source doesn't want the boss to see the attachment?
    Check his spam filters. If all others are coming through, then it's not
    really his problem.
    Double check and send him the precise same attachment you got.
