Edimax Router - Cannot access FTP/HTTP-server from outside IP

    Hi, I have a new Edimax BR-6004+ (firmware 1.18) router,
    internet goes well,
    only my home page on is unreachable
    I can visit is via internal adres/FTP via http://192.168.168.10 and
    ftp://192.168.168.10, that's works fine...
    ... but not via outsite ip-adres.

    some settings:
    -------------
    HTTP (Port 80) 192.168.168.10 : (Port No.80)
    FTP (Port 21) 192.168.168.10 : (Port No.21)
    FTP-Data (Port 20) : (Port No.20)
    Port 3999 - 192.168.168.10 : (Port No.3999)
    Port 4000 - 192.168.168.10 : (Port No.4000)

    I have the IPaddress 192.168.168.10 linked with the MAC-address to
    have my PC the right IP.

    What's wrong that I cannot access FTP/HTTP from outside?
