Delete Loadqm using Starter?

    How do I delete 'loadqm' from my computer using Starter?

    You can stop loadqm from running on start-up by typing 'msconfig' in 'run'
    press 'ok' then go to startup and take the tick out of loadqm (it is not
    needed)..BB
