Can someone point me to a utility to convert windows .wav files to the Call
Manager .raw format for ring tones? I have found a wav2raw.exe that does
not output what I was expecting (it's a list of decimal values not 8 bit
    values).

In looking at the files using a hex editor it appears that the .raw file
stored on Call Managers uses 255 (FF) as 0 volume and Windows .wav files use
128 (80) as 0 volume. Is this correct?

    Thanks,
