If more appropriate newsgroup exists, please point me in the right
    direction.

I can do this with a batch file
    - but this limits me to using dos names like c:\destination_folder\etc
    - and I need to move the files to C:\Destination Folder\Etc because I need
to move files to folders that currently exist.

I will need to release tis across multiple sites, so some sort of installer
    will also be necessary :)

    All help greatly appreciated.

Please reply to group, return email is spam trap.

    Ta, Jo.

Do WHAT with a batch file?
    That's not a DOS name.
    Simple; use "C:\Destination Folder\Etc"
How about explaining EXACTLY what your problem is, what
your operating system is, and what you are trying to achieve?
