Could you evaluate my encryption software?

    I am looking for people who would be willing to evaluate my encryption
    application.
    The program is available from www.bitcrypt.co.nz
    If you are interested in looking at it please download the program from
    the above address and e-mail me with the computer id created by the
    installation. I will provide you with the unlocking key so that you may
    use the software. (You may keep the software if you like it)

    I cannot find the sourcecode. What should we evaluate?
    Why is a special key needed to read the sourcecode?
