Copying PS2 Software (for Max Drive)

    I've purchased an Max Drive USB Flash Drive that enables users to download /
    transfer files from an PS2 memory card - I was missing the original PS2
    software when it was delivered (they sent me 2 discs both labelled 'PC
    Software')

    Fortunately, the kind company have sent me a replacement product for free,
    so I now have 2 USB Max Drives - so I'm gonna give the spare as a present -
    I need to copy the PS2 Software that came with the 'replacement product' -
    Can I just copy the CD as normal or do I need to do this in any special way.
