I made a change to my cookie acceptance page and when I tried to sign in
a site that I use a lot, a box axed me do you acdcept a cookie... and it
had a check box saying something like "use this answer all the time for
this site" which was checked. Well, I said no, and af course I couldn't
get in. So I just went back into preferences and checked "accept all
cookies", but that didn't help. The original dis-acceptance persists
and I am locked out of my site.

Can I get into the file that remembers my click box choices and start
all over? This is a PC using Windows 2000, Netscape 7.1, trying to log
    in to eBay.com.

Netscape is probably similar to FireFox so next time you are ask to
allow cookies for sites you frequent, click allow. This will allow
the sites you want but will still give you the option to reject the
    ones you don't.
