    Most operating systems have the necessary functions inbuilt.

    You don't mention Operating System, but in general, network the two PC's
    with LAN cards and a Crossover cable, share the folder/drives as necessary.
    No extra software (prg?) required.

    You could use a USB file transfer cable. If both machines have USB

    Maybe you mean no Ethernet as in not network cards...

    In that case Laplink.

    Please restate the question with more helpful details like describing the
    "PCs".
    What Operating systems, what have you tried, how far, how much data, how
    often...

    You want help, you have to help us too.
