Clicking a "mailto:" link on a page opens huge amount of IE windows after a while

    Hi,

    As I click on a mailto: link (to let my default mailprogram start and
    open a compose window with the send to address already filled in) the
    processor goes to 100% activity for a while and after 10 secs, no less
    than 40 IE windows open. Nightmare :(

    Maybe not a firefox bug, but whats up here? Tried several ways, but the
    mailto: doesnt work normal anymore, like it did before.

    Um, how can it be related to Firefox? Firefox doesnt do mail, and as you
    say, its IE windows that open.
