CiscoWorks 2000 support

    Hello

    In Cisco works 2000,I would like to make a backup task for database so
    I read through the documentation but I wonder if there is any services
    we should stop before doing backup

    Hope I can get an answer soon

    We don't stop any services before the back-up runs. I simply set up a
    Scheduled Back-up in Server Configuration, Administration, Database
    Management, Schedule Backup.
